2. To consider the following resolutions:

That creditors of Clean City Services A.C.T Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) are of the view that the Liquidators should not pursue further investigations into or commence recovery action against George Nesterovski and Steven Nesterovski in respect to the potential claims outlined in their report.

That creditors of Clean City Services A.C.T Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) are of the view that the Liquidators should utilize the available funds in the liquidation to pursue further investigations into and commence recovery action against George Nesterovski and Steven Nesterovski in respect to the potential claims outlined in their report.
