Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

• to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to consider the early destruction of books and records
• any other business

• For creditors to consider, and if thought fit, approve a resolution that enables the Liquidators to enter into a settlement agreement on the Companys behalf, to compromise the Companys debt pursuant to section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
