Second Meeting Of Creditors Of Company Under Administration

The purpose of the meeting(s) is:

1. to receive the report by the Administrator(s) about the business, property, affairs and financial circumstances of the Company(ies); and
2. for the creditors of the Company(ies) to resolve that:
   1. the Company(ies) execute a deed of company arrangement; or
   2. the administration(s) should end; or
   3. the Company(ies) be wound up.

Other agenda items are:

3. Whether to adjourn the meeting (for a maximum of forty-five (45) business days);

4. If a Deed of Company Arrangement is approved, the appointment of Administrators of that Deed;

5. If the Company is wound up, the appointment of Liquidators;

6. If the Company is wound up, to consider appointing a Committee of Inspection;

7. If the Company is wound up, to consider the early destruction of the books and records after the deregistration of the Company;

8. Approval of the remuneration of the Administrators, Deed Administrators and/or Liquidators;

9. Any other business.
