Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

• to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
• to receive a report as to affairs
• to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
• to remove the external administor(s) from office and appoint someone else as external administrator(s) of the company
• to consider the early destruction of books and records
• any other business

• - To consider the power of the Liquidators to compromise a debt to the Company exceeding $100,000.
  
  
  
  - To consider the power of the Liquidators to enter into an agreement on the Company ' s behalf where the term may end more than 3 months after the agreement is entered.
  
  
  
  - To ratify the appointment of the existing liquidators.
