Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

1. To receive and consider a report from the Joint and Several Deed Administrators.

2. To consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the Joint and Several Deed Administrators.

3. To consider the proposed variation to the Deed of Company Arrangement as detailed in the Report to Creditors dated 22 November 2019 prepared by the Joint and Several Deed Administrators be accepted; or

4. To consider whether the Deed of Company Arrangement should be terminated, and the company wound up.

5. If applicable, to consider the Joint and Several Liquidators ' remuneration.

6. If applicable, to consider the Joint and Several Liquidators ' internal disbursements.

7.If applicable, to consider the appoint of a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members.

8. If applicable, to consider the early destruction of books and records.

9. Any other business.
