That the creditors of Empower Construction (VIC) Pty Ltd consider the following resolution:
" That the Liquidator be authorised to compromise debts due to the Company, being the outstanding loan account and book debts of Empower Construction Pty Ltd totalling $531,616.56, alongside other claims for the settlement sum of $75,000 which is to be paid in accordance with the terms set out in the Liquidator ' s report to creditors dated 17 May 2022, and not otherwise be subject to the limitations under Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001. "
and that the creditors of Zealous Personnel Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) consider the following resolution:
" That the Liquidator be authorised to compromise debts due to the Company, being the outstanding loan account and book debts of Empower Construction Pty Ltd totalling $792,044.79, alongside other claims for the settlement sum of $75,000 which is to be paid in accordance with the terms set out in the Liquidator ' s report to creditors dated 17 May 2022, and not otherwise be subject to the limitations under Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001. "
