Agenda items are:

1. Provide an update to the COI on the progress of the

Administration.



2. Seek support from the COI for:



a. The Administrators to enter into a loan agreement and a

security agreement with Secured Lending 2 Pty Limited and

Longevity Property Group Pty Ltd, or other suitable

lender; and

b. That the Administrators personal liability in respect of

the loan agreement will be limited to the extent they are

able to be indemnified out of the assets of the Company.



3. Seek support from the COI for the Administrators to approach the

Court for an extension of the convening period; and



4. To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
