- To acknowledge that the Liquidator intends to enter into agreements which may extend beyond 3 months. This resolutions is to be considered as anticipated by section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001;
- To accept terms of the settlement offered by the relevant party, in full and final settlement of all claims, by me as Liquidator of the Company, against the relevant party and to acknowledge that the Liquidator is authorised to compromise/ settle debts of the Company in excess of $100,000 for the commercial benefit of the Company. This resolution is to be considered as anticipated by section 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 and Corporations Regulations 5.4.02 of the Corporations Regulations; and
- Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
