Agenda items are:

1. For creditors to resolve that:



(a) That the meeting be adjourned for a period not exceeding 10 business days after the outcome of the eligible employee creditor meeting is known; or

(b) That the Company execute the proposed Deed of Variation of DOCA; or

(c) That the DOCA be terminated and the Company be placed into liquidation.



2. For creditors to resolve to approve the remuneration of the Deed Administrator.



If Creditors resolve to execute the proposed Deed of Variation of DOCA:



3. For creditors to resolve to approve the future remuneration of the Trustee.



If the Company is placed into Liquidation:



4. For creditors to resolve to appoint the Deed Administrator as Liquidator of the Company.



5. For creditors to resolve to appoint a Committee of Inspection (if appropriate).



6. For creditors to resolve to approve the future remuneration of the Liquidator.



7. For creditors to resolve to authorise the Liquidator to be able to compromise debts in excess $100,000.



8. For creditors to resolve to authorise the Liquidator to enter into litigation funding facilities to pursue any legal actions including voidable and insolvent transactions arising from the liquidation.



9. For the creditors to authorise the Liquidator to be able to destroy the books and records of the Company within a period of six (6) months after the dissolution of the Company, subject to obtaining prior approval from the Australian Securities & Investments Commission.



10. Any other business.
