Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

1. To receive an account of the Liquidator ' s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding up;



2. For creditors to consider, and if thought fit, authorise the Liquidator to enter into a funding agreement with the Commonwealth of Australia, acting through the Attorney-General ' s Department on behalf of the Company pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Act;





3. For creditors to consider, and if thought fit, authorise the Liquidator to enter into cost agreements, as the Liquidator sees fit, with the Liquidator ' s preferred legal representatives on the Company ' s behalf, the term of which extend for a period greater than three (3) months pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Act;



4. To consider, and if thought fit, approve the Liquidator ' s remuneration as detailed in the Remuneration Approval Report dated 28 October 2021; and



5. Any other business which may be properly brought before the meeting.
