That the Liquidator was authorised in accordance with Sections 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, to enter into a settlement agreement with Nasser and Samar Hassoun as detailed in the Liquidator ' s report dated 1 March 2017, where the terms of which will extend beyond a three month period.
