Annual Meeting Of Creditors

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators ' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 24 June 2017.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. any other business

That, for the purpose of section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 the Liquidator and Ipswich Golf Club (In Liquidation) be authorised to enter into agreements including, but not limited to, leases, agreements under which security interests arise or are created, litigation funding agreements, deeds (or terms) of settlement and retainer agreements with legal practitioners where the term of any such agreement may end, or the obligations of a party to the agreement may (according to the terms of the agreement) be discharged by performance more than three months after such agreement is entered into.
