Agenda items are:

• to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to consider the early destruction of books and records
• any other business

• 1.To receive an update from the liquidator of the Company.
  
  2.To consider the resolution that the internal disbursements of the Liquidator of KMH Corporation Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and their firm for the period from 30 April 2019 to the end of the Liquidation be calculated as per the method and rates set out in the remuneration approval report dated 24 May 2019 and approved for payment in the amount of $1,000.00 plus GST and that payment can be made immediately.
  
  3.To consider a resolution that the liquidator be authorised to compromise any debt owing to the Company at their discretion and not otherwise be subject to the limitations under section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001.
  
  4.To consider a resolution that the liquidator be authorised to enter into an agreement lasting longer than three months at their discretion and not otherwise be subject to the limitations under section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.
