Meeting Of Members Of Committee Of Inspection

Agenda items are:

1. Update by the Administrators on the trading of the Companies including funding approval, class compliance and other repair works.



2. To consider the view of the Committees of Inspection on the Administrators? intention to apply to the Court for a further extension of the convening period for the second meeting of creditors for a period of 2 weeks.



3. To consider the following resolutions:



' That members of the Committee of Inspection for Northern Oil & Gas Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) support the Administrators making a Court application to further extend the convening period for up to 2 weeks. '



' That members of the Commission of Inspection for Timor Sea Oil & Gas Australia Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) support the Administrators making a Court application to further extend the convening period for up to 2 weeks. '
