Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

• to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
• to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• any other business

• - To approve the Liquidators compromising the debts / loan account against the Director and his spouse pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act.
  
  
  
  - To approve the Liquidators entering into the Deed of Settlement whose terms may extend for more than three (3) months pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act.
  
  
  
  - To approve the Liquidators entering into agreements with Polczynski Robinson regarding legal services dated 6 December 2021 whose terms may extend for more than three (3) months pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act.
  
  
  
  - Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
