Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

• to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
• to receive a report as to affairs
• to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
• to consider a statement to the creditors from one of the directors
• to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
• to consider the early destruction of books and records
• any other business

• * To authorise the external administrator(s) to settle any claims pursuant to Section 477(2A) and Regulation 5.4.02 of the Corporations Act 2001 to compromise debtor claims greater than $100,000.00.
  
  
  
  * For creditors to consider the external administrator(s) future internal disbursements for the period from the 27th May, 2019 to completion, which will be capped at $2,000.00 plus GST.
