  3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)

4. that subject to any provisions under the Corporations Act 2001 to the contrary, the Liquidators be empowered to destroy all books and records of the Company on completion of all duties



5. to consider the Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities as executed by the Liquidators



6. any other business
