The purpose of the meeting is:
(a) to allow the Liquidator to update the creditors of the Company, and to provide them with the opportunity to discuss the progress made on the matters raised in my Circular to Creditors dated 9 November 2016, including the current status of the Company(s) Appeal against Justice Le Mieres decision not to set aside the deemed dismissal of the proceedings CIV 1235 of 1999 in the Supreme Court of Western Australia;
(b) to authorise the Liquidator, pursuant to section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, to enter into any agreements with Creditor(s) or third parties to continue with the proceedings mentioned above, should the Company(s) Appeal to reinstate those proceedings be successful; and
(c) to discuss any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
