Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to receive a report as to affairs
3. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
4. any other business

Tabling of the Liquidator ' s Declaration of Independence, Relevant Relationships and Indemnities;



to consider a potential claim aganist the director in relation to insolvent trading;



To consider and if thought appropriate approve the remuneration of the Liquidator, his partners and staff, for the amount of $12,743.00, plus outlays, plus GST, for work performed in respect of the Liquidation for the period from 5 October 2012 to 7 March 2013, calculated in accordance with the hourly rates of KPMG, and in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners? Association of Australia?s Code of Professional Practice, beyond which further creditor approval will be sought, and that the Liquidator be authorised to draw that remuneration from the assets of the company.
