Meeting Of Creditors

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to lay before the meeting(s) a statement of the assets and liabilities of the Company(ies).

At the meeting(s), creditors may consider a resolution to remove the liquidator(s) from office; and appoint someone else as liquidator(s) of the Company(ies).

Other agenda items are:

- to receive and consider a report from the liquidator (creditors and members)

- to present a statement of assets and liabilities of the company (creditors and members)

- to fix or determine the current remuneration of the liquidator (creditors and members)

- to allow creditors to consider a resolution to appoint another liquidator for the purpose of the winding

up the affairs of the company instead of the liquidator appointed by the company (creditors only)

- to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator (creditors only)

- to fix or determine the future disbursements of the liquidator (creditors only)

- to consider the destruction of the company?s books and records (creditors only)

- any other business (creditors and members)
