That for the purpose of Section 477(2B) (and Section 506(1A)) of the Corporations Act 2001, the Liquidator to enter into a funding agreement and an arrangement with a lawyer, where the terms of any such agreements may end, or the obligations of a party to the agreement may, according to the terms of the agreement, be discharged by performance more than three (3) months after such agreement is entered into.?



6. That the Liquidator be authorised to compromise any debts due to the Company in accordance with Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 on terms as he sees fit; and
