Meeting Of Creditors

Agenda items are:

• to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
• to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
• to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members
• to consider the early destruction of books and records
• any other business

• - to resolve whether the DOCA executed by the Company on 1 April 2022 be terminated pursuant to Section 445C of the Act
  
  - to resolve whether the Company should be wound up in accordance with Section 445E of the Act and that Blair Pleash be appointed as Liquidator of the Company
  
  - if the Company is wound up to consider the appointment of an alternate Liquidator(s)
  
  - approval of the internal disbursements of the Liquidator of the Company
